چکیده

Introduction: Quality in laboratory medicine have a significant role ensuring the adequate and complete total testing process. Clinical process is an integral part of modern as it has direct effect on patient. As per requirement certification or accreditation bodies, different laboratories use ways developing quality indicators (QI), which helps to monitor, progress maintain services.
